Currently we are experiencing some issues for our Swedish customers not getting notifications from PostNord. To track your parcel, please use PostNord Track & Trace - you'll find your tracking number in the shipping update email. https://www.postnord.se/en/our-tools/track-and-trace
Firstly, double check that you have input the correct email adress when you placed your order. If that is correct, please check your spam folder. If you still don't find your shipping update or order confirmation, contact us at email@example.com
I have received a notification that my parcel is available for pickup, but it does not state where?
This is most prominent in shipments going to Sweden, and is due to changes in the Postnord API. There is a very easy solution to this problem for Swedish customers. Copy your tracking number, located in your tracking email and tracking page, it looks like this "LY031864284LV". Go to Postnord Track & Trace and paste your tracking number in the "Shipment ID" field and Voilá, there is the pickup point.
For swedish customer: To pick up your parcel, you use the 4 last digits of your tracking number to pick up the parcel, in the case above "4284".
For all shipments; we use local post in 99% of the cases for the final delivery. Reach out to your local post if you think there is something wrong with the final delivery before contacting cocktailored.
Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages.
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return.
In your parcel you'll have a note with the return address written out. Use this address when sending out your return.
When the product arrives to us, we will issue a refund if the return is accepted.
